1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User", "Member") who uses the 35bd platform ("Platform", "Site"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created, 35bd reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. If an account is created with false information, it will be cancelled at the time of verification or at any point thereafter, and the balance will not be refunded.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If your login details are compromised, notify the support team immediately.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If this prohibition is violated, the account will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Amount & Methods

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at 35bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

35bd reserves the right to verify any transaction related to deposits or withdrawals. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional information may be requested.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only; the same person cannot claim a bonus using multiple accounts.
• The granting of bonuses is at the sole discretion of 35bd; 35bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• The applicable bonus terms will be stated on the site next to each offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance & Rejection of Bets

35bd reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. In particular, if incorrect odds or prices are displayed due to a technical error on any bet, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Determination of Results

Official results from the relevant international governing body (such as ICC, FIFA, etc.) will be followed when determining event outcomes. In the event of any dispute, 35bd's decision will be final.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

35bd is committed to operating a fair and transparent platform. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts under different identities.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated device to play.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Fraudulent or threatening behaviour towards other members.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

35bd may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.

• Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• Attempted fraud against other members or the platform.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and the wagering requirement has been met, that amount will be refunded.
